I had the perfect thanksgiving.
I don’t want it to end.
Most days I see in black and white. But the days I see in neon color are my favorite.
Records repeat in my head, cassettes rewind and everything clicks.
Sunglasses sit upon my sun burnt nose.
Polaroid pictures are taken in a blur and are hung.
The sun sets perfectly, and the neon colors make it sensory overload.
Those are the perfect days.
The ones worth repeating.

Margot,
I’m thankful for you, too…and the Green Line Bus. :]
Richie.
Richie,
I failed to mention I am happy for the Green Line Bus, as well.
I’m slightly adoring Thanksgiving.
Margot
I made a list of famous people I’m happy are here on earth.
Everyone thinks it’s stupid.
I don’t.
I was just having a burping contest with my brother.
I can’t believe that.
Our family is looking at us like we’re crazy.
We’re just kids at heart, even though we’re older now.
Aunt: So, who are you cheering for? The Packers or the Lions?
Brother: Are you kidding me? Of course I’m for the Packers. Why would I be for the Lions?
Aunt: Oh, well, I didn’t know if you’ve changed.
(Aunt walks out.)
Brother talking to me: Why would I like the Lions? No one likes the Lions. Not even Lions fans like the Lions!

celebrates both Canadian and American Thanksgiving.
I think in her honor I should celebrate both, too.
Me: I hear that place is haunted.
My dad: Where did you hear that from?
Me: It’s a rumor I started.
